Manual SMS sending
From the send page, they type a customer name and phone. One click sends an SMS with a unique tracking link. Works with ClickSend (AU); falls back to a copy-paste link in demo mode.
Sentiment routing
Customer taps Good / Okay / Bad. Good ones go straight to Google. Okay/Bad ones go to a private feedback form.
Email alert on bad feedback
Negative or neutral feedback triggers an email to the business with the customer's message and contact info. No dashboard, no app, no analytics — just the alert.
